Been here a few times now, most recently 2 years on the bounce with my football team, Combat are very easy to deal with booking is every simple. This is now our yearly outing with the team, have a blast every time we've been.

6 ladies come for a 21st birthday and we had the best time ever. Really well set up and organised. Food was lovely. Staff super helpful and fun. We all felt super comfortable and safe

We done the night ops on Saturday for my son’s birthday, we had a mixed age group but everyone absolutely loved it .
The staff working were so friendly and helpful, the kit was great. It was a fantastic night . And will definitely be going back!

From arrival the staff are great they are all welcoming and friendly and have a good laugh , as a group of 6 lads we got put in one massive team aprox 20v20
The staff where relaxed with trying to control the games but serious for those of us who took a more serious approach to wanting to play the game and win
The food was very feed for value and definitely what you need the best part is your catered for the whole event, and buying extra pellets and grenades is dangerous ?? as everyone was trigger happy … we don’t even look to go else where the maps are good some hard some easy the helicopter is cool and the church
And if it’s your birthday they give extra embarrassing treat

My sons football team and some dad's visited for the day, a great day had by all. Definitely highly recommended for fun, safety and overall a brilliant day. Thanks to all the staff involved. Even the booking process was simple, friendly staff who answered all my questions, 10/10.

When today Thursday 22nd June with my school as a leavers event and was probably the funnest time I have had Paintballing the Marshalls were a laugh and were there when and if you needed help

Having not been paintballing for [too many] years, I was apprehensive on how things would go having been bought a voucher from my son. I needn't have worried. Combat Paintball was such an enjoyable experience and I was running for the flag from the first game. It was clear that the organisers have the customer experience front and centre. Will be back soon.

Had a great day paintballing for my sons stag day. Loads of fun and the staff were great. They take everyone's health and safety very seriously without taking away the fun factor. Tea and coffee on tap and food available if you want it.

My daughter has Autism & found it all a bit overwhelming when we walked in & didn't start with the rest of the team. When she felt ready the staff gave her a one to one safety talk so she didn't have to go into the tent, reassured her as she got kitted out, gave her some earplugs for the noise & she knew who she could go to if she needed help. We were so grateful for that support, thankyou.

Absolutely amazing run to the one of the highest standards if u ever wanna take your kids or adults. Staff absolutely amazing helped all the way through. You just go there and experience what we have just experienced. One of the best venues. U must visit. U will be well looked after. We went for my sons 13th birthday 22 of us and everyone loved it and they said what an amazing day it was.

My birthday party was epic! My friends and I loved it. I am looking forward to coming back again

We brought a group of 45 people for a day of paintball and everyone had a great day. The site staff worked like a well oiled machine, the instructions and safety briefing were a clear and everything was focused on you having the best experience.

We had a party of 46 Explorer Scouts and we were hosted by the amazing team at Combat Paintball who were nothing but professional. You can imagine the challenges of having 46 young people to look after, but the team there were super organised. The day ran on rails, from the safety brief, kit issue, lunch and the 4 games of paintball we played. Everyone had a great time and we’ll be adding this to our programme every year now. Would recommend 100%.

What a brilliantly organised day, with awesome staff, excellently planned surroundings and 100% safety in mind. The free tea/coffee/cold drinks was a great touch and even the lunch exceeded expectation for the cost.
Can’t fault it and we will definitely be back. Thanks for giving my son and his friends a memorable day

We had 9 people in our family, ranging in age from 13 to 79. Everyone had a great time. The team were friendly and helpful - took safety very seriously and made sure we all had fun. Played 3 games in total and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely recommend

Just want to say a massive thank you to the great staff and fantastic venue we booked a group of 10 on 16/4/22 for my son’s birthday great organisation from the start and all through the the day staff couldn’t be any more helpful nothing was to much trouble and made sure we were all looked after and it’s great to see a venue keeping to a very high standards of health and safety they are by far the best paintball venue we have been to and will definitely be back again soon

35 players from Cambridge city u16s football team had a brilliant day out. Very well organised with the same priority for safety and fun. Would definitely recommend this as an activity for any club or team to do.

Thankyou so much for making our school activity so enjoyable , we all felt massively at ease and safe with the support given by the marshalls throughout the variety of games played. As students from an SEMH school we all sometimes struggle with following instructions and attention and the marshalls were patient and clear with all instructions making safety of upmost importance.
We really enjoyed our day, out of all three games we best enjoyed capture the flag. Food service was excellent and facilities well kept.
Overall a superb day out and one we are not quickly going to forget.

First time going and all I can say is it was amazing, we had so much fun ??. The guys who marshalled us were fab they totally looked after us every need was catered for. You guys are amazing will be reccomending combat paintball to freinds. Ps love the little black cat ??

It’s been many years since I have played paintball so I was a little apprehensive due to being a fairly unfit 50 year old!
I needn’t have worried as this facility caters for all levels and the various games were suited to everyone, experienced or not.
The team running the site were excellent and had a real focus on everyone having a great day but most importantly safely.
Overall we had a fantastic day and would highly recommend a visit to Combat Paintball at Thetford.

We had 13 friends and family for our 13 year old grandson birthday and it was a wonderful 5 hours of combat for them. They were looked after very well and the safety is great. Plenty of free tea and coffee.

Went laser clay pigeon shooting today on a stag do was a bit sceptical about it but what a great afternoon all the staff were amazing very friendly I’ve never written a review before but think these guys deserve it

We went here for a Football end of season party and I would highly recommend it. From Adam who helped with the booking to the Man (sorry I didn't get his name) who appeared to be managing the site were faultless. Everything ran smoothly and the team had a great day out whilst I could relax knowing everything was in hand. The Man kept checking in that everything was ok and couldn't be more helpful.
Well done Combat Paintball for a great day out we will be back for sure.

Just wanted to thank everyone today we had an amazing 1st time experience at paintballing. From booking to arrival and greet and meet at the cars to getting kitted up to having our designated seating area, everyone was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble I took four kids for my daughters birthday and they had a blast and want to come again. They took really good care of us sang happy birthday to the birthday children and played a mini game which the kids thought was great fun. Tea and coffee for the adults too and food was yum! We cant wait to return

Don’t often write reviews but I felt I should as the whole experience was so good. I looked at various other sites for paintballing but was recommended to try Combat Paintball in Thetford. So glad we did. This was for my son’s birthday and all the boys had a great time. The staff were exceptional. Positive, friendly, motivating and truly ‘on it’. Over the Summer we have done several outdoor activities and the attitude of the staff can really make or break an experience. On two occasions in Cornwall we found staff disinterested and keen to get an activity over with, another time an instructor spent the majority of a surfing lesson chatting to his friend. This was NOT the case here. Staff were brilliant, chatting to the kids and really showing an interest in how they were getting on and giving them ideas for tactics etc. The guy who was in charge was brilliant too. Really polite, positive and helpful. The paintball sessions were great fun and my son and his friends were buzzing throughout. Totally recommend. Thank you to you all, we will be back! (P.S.- Totally COVID friendly too - plus spotlessly clean loos etc!)

Excellent day, sons 12th birthday, took his friends and they thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the food was really good and would most definitely go again. A huge thankyou for making his day special.

Today 24 lads attended low impact paintball. This is our third visit and as always very well organised, safe and loads of fun had by all! The site was Covid compliant and everyone felt safe. Thank you so much we will be back soon! Porshia and the team looked after us amazingly well.

Ash and his team made my first paint balling experience all that much best so iterative with everyone and made it all the more gun. All in all great day, great venue well priced and amazing staff.

Top class, not out here to rip you off and the stewards are a funny bunch of people who actually cared about your time there.

Today we took, 52 Cubs Scouts and several of their parents over the COMBAT PAINTBALL.

From the initial email asking for price and information from ADAM, they could not have been more helpful. Replying to the smallest detail, dotting all i's and crossing all t's.

They have the set up sorted on arrival, with the forms to sign, the masks, balaclava's, overalls to get on for different ages, you have a crew that is allotted to you and they all know what they are doing, they anticipate your needs and meet them. Some cubs forgot gloves but you can buy them there. They even have a woven badge for you to buy in the stores should you want to add to you collection.

The games are well organised and for nervous cubs who do not know what to expect they all went out in the field and out and out again with no problem at all, made to fell at ease by the safety brief and the team looking after you. There is a viewing gallery for people to watch from and seats to use if required.

We will most certainly bring the Cubs back, probably with more parents as they loved it as much as the children. There has been so much thought put into this venue that they deserve the praise they get, credit where credit is due, it's impressive to know that when you arrive its organised and efficient.
You are frequently asked "is everything ok?" and that is really helpful.

The food served after the games was excellent, with squash and hot drinks should you need one, we all had a magnificent day, they even top it off with a fabulous group photograph on the podium outside.

Could not fault it, what a bunch of heroes.

My grandson and three friends all 13 absolutely loved it....from booking to adding food to asking for info this was so well organised,staff are faultless they were brilliant with boys and us spectators.Free tea and coffee ?? The venue is top notch...the atmosphere is calm and very well organised considering there was so many people!! They really have got this down to a fine art and it shows!! Great added touch,for the birthday lads... everyone sing to them and were given a free pot of paintballs!!

We can't than Ali and Ollie enough for marshalling our Stag event last Friday Morning. We were welcomed at the gate and everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived. The site is fantastic and really immersive. One of the best sites we've played at. More importantly though, the marshals were amazing and paid good attention to the games. This made our day 100% perfect. The cheaters were spotted, any issues were sorted immediately and they got involved with our group too. The play zones were varied and we loved the Zombie Church zone.It was brutal! There was no hard sell on the paint-balls and extras too, we ended up spending more than we ever had before. I'd recommend combat paintball for sure! Keep up the good work guys.

Took party from work.everyone enjoyed the experience. Staff are very professional, helpful and extremely helpful.From the start you are guided by staff throughout the day.Safety is taken very seriously and we were given clear and precise instructions on how to staff safe which meant we could thoroughly enjoy the day and be safe at same time.I would recommend for all ages (I am 62) and want to do the zombie night. One more thing- excellent cheese burgers. A big thanks to all at combat paintball. You deserve more than 5 stars

Combat paintball ltd are a very professional company. From my first phone call enquiring about booking a days paintball right through to the end of our day out.
We were guided through the day from very helpful staff, safety is taken very seriously and meant the group had clear instructions on how to stay safe but also have a great day.

Yesterday was the 2nd time I myself have visited Combat Paintball. The first time was before Christmas for a stag do and the 2nd time was with the parents & players of my under 9s football team (Necton Fc) for our end of season due. Both paintball and ‘low impact’ were awesome; great laugh and staff very professional and clear.

Our Marshall’s were both great. Very friendly, good with the children. Made very clear the layout of the morning.

Definitely will be visiting soon!

Laser combat ideal activity for a 9th birthday party. Hosts were friendly and excellent at herding a very excited and chatty group of boys. The boys had a brilliant time and it was lovely to be able to bring our own food and eat it under the shelters. Facilities just what you need, and all in keeping with the theme.

Today we took a big group paintballing for my sons 14th birthday and they all had a fantastic time. Excellent set up with brilliant staff who look after you the entire time and make sure everyone is safe and having a whole lot of fun! Would recommend to anyone. Thank you all for making the boys day!

We had a party of seven boys for my sons ninth birthday party, and were blown away by the venue and the professionalism of the staff.
We all had an amazing day as spectators and mini soldiers, great venue!!!!

My Daughter was invited to a friend's party here and loved it, it was very much "not her thing" so she thought, but even though she's a nails and hair kind of girl she had such a fantastic time doing laser tag and came home buzzing. As a parent we noticed how well run the party was, how the kids behaved extremely well and how they all had such a great time. 13 year olds can be a massive handful but not for these guys who were so cool with them.

Had a fantastic day here recently. Very well organised and fun throughout - Tom was great, kept the day lively and safety was clearly a top priority here too (but even the safety brief was numerous [Bravo!]). Will definitely recommend and certainly be back!

My two girls and 2 nephews were booked into the low impact paintball and they had such great fun. They were tagged onto a team of different players but this was done well and as other kids were there they all mixed and chatted. They have set up the camp so well it feels as though you are the middle of nowhere and the tanks, planes and hiding places gave it a real "combat" feel which the nephews absolutely loved. Nearly four hours of running around in the fresh air and getting excited left them very tired but they still talk about the fun they had. I sat down and drank the free tea and coffee with my dad in the "mess" - its so well set up and staff were excellent. Very well worth the 20quid each for the kids - would do again in a heartbeat!

Exelent day out for the kids. the staff really know what they are doing and is very friendly. I thought it was expensive but after having seen all they offer for £50.00 a person (1000 "bullets", the gun and p.p.e. rental, coffe or tea, all the attention players need and more) I changed my mind. The kids only complained about the other team cheating... Not knowing the language is not an excuse. No one shoots a person on the way to the dead zone and no one should fake their way to the dead zone to shoot opponents and gets away with it as they did.

My 11 yr old had a paintball party with the U12 low impact guns, they LOVED it!! The staff were so friendly and very helpful. There are several different arenas so the scenery changed each time. Brilliant morning, highly recommended for the younger ones.

We did Laser Tag as part of a Stag Do. Despite it's rep, it's not a "Kids Game" and I find to be more fun, tactically, than Paintball. The staff are great and marshalled it well and made it very enjoyable. I have done Paintball here too and the venue is a great place to visit.

Only points I would like to make (Laser Tag related) and these are just suggestions, the place is great, go there!

1. A few more "maps" for the Laser Tag, the one site is very good but some variation would be also be good.
2. I've played before with Guns that show your Ammo, who you last shot/shot you and louder gunfire!!
3. Also, would be great to get some "stats" at the end (Quasar style)! Bragging rights over who got the most kills or knowing your nemesis is always great to know!!

Brought our son here yesterday for Paintball to celebrate his 13th birthday. They all had a fantastic time . For the amount of people that where there it all seemed very organised. Would definitely recommend..
